Not receiving notification email

    message on my webpage (mckinnonplasticsurgery.com) are not forwarded to my email address (mckinnonplasticsurgery@gmail.com)

    The email address (mc**nnonplasticsurgery@gmail.com) that you have provided is not on our bounce list. Here's a screenshot of the email logs that emails are being sent successfully:

    Please check your Spam folder. If you see JotForm emails, mark it as not spam. 

    You can also use your own SMTP settings as a Sender Email by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
