Why I'm not able to create a form - receiving "Form over quota" message

    Looks like I have to create a jotform, but the form won't let me type on it.

    The form on the webpage you provided is disabled because the account on which the form was created is overlimit. 

    Is that your form or you just wish to fill and submit the form?

    If the form is your, then you will have to upgrade the account to increase the limits or you have to wait for the first day of the following month when the submission counter will reset to zero.

    The form was created in the account girlswithclass.

    If you just wish to submit the form, then I would suggest you to contact the owner of that form and tell him/her that the form cannot be submitted. 

    On the webage, I found the email address info@girlswithclass.org.
