I AM EDITING AND REPLYING TO SEVERLA FORMS AND WHEN I AM EDITING AND THEN HIT SUBMIT IT BLANKS OUT SUBMISSIONS AND SAY THERE ARE NO FORMS TO DISPLAY SO I HAVE TO REFRESH. VERY TIME CONSUMING DURING OUR BUSIEST TIME.

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to say that the screen is displaying blank when you edit a form submission? I have cloned your last edited form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/71203339157957 to my account and tried editing a form submission which seems to be working fine at my end.
It would be helpful if you can provide us with a link to edit a test submission to check the issue further. If you are referring to something different, we request you to provide us with more information on the issue along with a screenshot so that we can take a look and assist you further.
