How to show heading & texts in form's submission PDF & emails?

Is ist possible to show headlines or text boxes in the confirmation email and the pdf without adding them all manually in the table view of the email editor?

I have a form where the customer has to fill out a lot of forms where he has to enter a amount of pieces.

In the Email only the quantity and the sum appears, so I have the possibility to add all the headlines and text boxes manually.

I have attached some screenshots where you can see that it makes no sense to enter all the headlines manually, but without them the answer is useless, because you cant distinguish between the form inputs.

As I see it I only got two options:

First: to change the all the quantity labels from " Quantity" to "Quantity of Lorem Ipsum Dolor" and add the yellow headlines manually in the emaileditor. (This might be the solution wich the form is designed for, but sometimes the deskription of the form is really long so I want to detach it from the Quantity field.)

Second: Add all the text fields that name the "Objects" manually as a headline in the emaileditor wich is even worse, because you don't see where you are in the table when you compare it with the form itself.

A prefect solution for me would be that I select the headline or text field that I want to display in the email and PDF and select a checkbox or set the value to visible somehow.

Is there any solution like this or do I have to rewrite the whole form again?

    Thanks for your help.

    Hello,

If I understand your question correctly, you want to display the text fields which you have added to display heading text in submission PDF and submission emails?

Please note that by default images, headings and text fields are not added in form's submission PDF. TO display text fields in submission PDF, you need to enable "Show Headers & Texts" from form's submission page. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-Show-Headers-and-Text-in-the-PDF

To display the text fields in submission emails, you will have to manually add it in your notification email template.

    Hope this helps.
