How to add a permanent signature to the form

How do I retain my signature on a form I have created once I send it to a client whom also must sign it? Perhaps better said: How do I add my own permanent signature to a form that I will be send to a client?

You may consider adding the signature using a standard Image field instead, so that it will be always displayed on your form.
