    I clicked on one of the form fields by mistake in the thank you page. See attached screenshot.

    How can I reset the page so I can customize a thank you message?

    It seems you have already customized your "Thank You" page. Simply select the area you accidentally added and press the delete key on your keyboard. Also, you can use cmd+z (on MacOSX) or ctrl+z (on Windows) to apply an undo action.

    I'm not sure whether you can reset your thank you page or not, But if you want to change to the default thank you page then go to the settings --> thank you page, and simply add the below code in "source code" option after removing your code.

    Later you can customize it the way you want.

    code :

    <p style="text-align: center;"><img src="https://cdn.jotfor.ms/img/check-icon.png" alt="How to reset thank you page? Image-0" /></p>

    <div style="text-align: center;">

    <h1 style="text-align: center;">Thank You!</h1>

    <h1 style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Your submission has been received.</span></h1>

    </div>

    Thanks. But isn't it friendlier if there's a "go back"  or "message" button?

    Indeed it is friendlier to have a reset option. However, since the Thank You page is just text-based and has a bit of formatting, this can also be copied from another form that's using the default Thank You page.

    If you don't have a form that has the default Thank You message, create a new form and copy its Thank You message. Afterwards, paste it on the Thank You page section of your target form. You can delete the new form once done.

    We can put this up as a feature request, however, there's no assurance it will be implemented. If you'd like to go this route, let us know so we can proceed. Otherwise, try my suggestion of copying the default Thank You page of a newly created form.
