My form was disabled because of exceeded upload. Can i reenable if I delete submission? This is a free accountPage URL:

I have checked your account and see that it is disabled due to the exceeded storage space. Please be noted that the Free accounts are limited to store 100MB of files in the account. In order to clear the storage space of your account, it is required to delete the submissions that are uploaded with files. Please note that the submissions once deleted cannot be recovered in any way. Please make sure that you backup your submissions. If you need more storage space, you may upgrade your account to a paid subscription.
