I learnt i was running out of space on my account so i made a payment on my current plan thinking it will renew the account and free more space but it's still the same. Opening my account i can still see the "almost out of space" notification. Should i have upgraded my account or what. I'm confused.

I see your subscription plan was already on BRONZE-Monthly plan.
Please review also our user guide on: Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-and-Limits
As you can see, BRONZE plan have a submission ceiling of 1,000/month. And currently, your account usage is almost at maximum for the current month.
You are not yet on Overlimit Status so the forms are all still active.
If you want to expand the limit, you will need to upgrade to the next higher plan (SILVER plan).
Do take note that monthly reset of account usage occurs every 1st day of the month (3 days from now). You can also wait for the reset to occur.
