    My autoresponder email is not working, I realized I had not verified the email address and have now done this

    Yes, the changes you made in the Form Builder will affect the Published form. For example, you created a registration form and you published it. You can use the Form Builder if you want to make some changes to the form.

    The process is that when someone opens the form or visited the webpage where the form is embedded, the form is being pulled up from our servers.

     

    My autoresponder email is not working, I realized I had not verified the email address and have now done this

    I checked your form and I can see that the Autoresponder is configured correctly. According to the email logs, the autoresponder was sent successfully to the recipient.

    Please advise your users to check their Spam folder or junk mail. 

    If you are still having issues, let us know so that we can do a test submission to your form and verify if we can receive the autoresponder email or not.
