Problems with submissions

    Hi,

    We have used JotFrom for several years for competitions that we have twice a year.  We just recently opened a new competition with a new form and we have received 4 entries so far, but one of our exhibitors tried to enter yesterday and his submission did not go through.  He said he entered everything correctly and once he entered the form with all data, there was red sign below telling him to wait - for over 30 minutes...He then contacted us and we never got anything from him.  

    This same problem seemed to happen several times for each competition we have done using JotForm.  Is there anything you can do or tell us that will eliminate this?

    I have tested the form and I was able to receive auto-responder and submit the form. If I may ask have you embedded the form to a website? if so would you kindly provide us the link so that I can check what the issue.

    So this is what has been happening.  We have received several submissions that go through fine and then we will have someone email us about theirs not going through.  Example on Monday and Tuesday we had 4-5 submissions go through fine.  We also got an email from someone and he said "I attempted to submit twice and both times when I clicked submit it said the page was not available. I am using internet explorer and it is up to date. "

    The problem always seems to be when the person hits submit.  It either times out or does something else except go through all of the way.  We also cannot see any of these in our incomplete submissions.  Can you please help?  It's super frustrating and embarrassing.

    My sincere apologies for the inconveniences caused. I have tested your form from my Internet Explorer browser but I could not replicate the issue on my side.

    I would like to kindly request if your experience the issue from your side you send us the console screenshot of the error you are getting. Below is a guide on how you can do this. The console error will really helps us identify where the error is and how we can resolve it.
