How to setup autoresponder for donors

As a Community Foundation, we offer our donors the ability to make online donations.  We use jotform currently to obtain all the necessary information to direct the donors gift accurately based on their wishes.  Is there a way to set up an automatic email response to these donors?  If so, can it be customized according to the specifics of their gifts e.g. amount, fund, date, memorial/tribute, etc.
