Are you experiencing the issue even when you are logged into your account?
I have checked your account and it has been currently set up to provide the files only while you're logged into your account, this is for security reasons.
You could disable this option under your account settings, the option can be found on the privacy part: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
Please let us know if you keep experiencing the issue.
