How to select certain pages based on conditions

if i have multiple pages, is there a function that can display short cuts on every page so that if you are on page 5 and want to go back to page 1, you can do so with a click of a button, then if you want to go to page 15, you can do so with a click of a button rather than click "next" several times.  Similar to table of content that you can select which page # to advance to or go back to?
