Information in the form

Good afternoon,

I'm using this form in the business to send it to the drivers to do determinate trip, the thing is in each job the description is different, so I would like to add the description in each of the job and then send it to the driver. How I can do it? Basically I just can used the form to be filled for the person who received it. So the form need to be filled from both sides. Please let me know if there is any option to do so.

You can try to fill out first the form and input all necessary information you need to put on the form before your drivers fill it up. Then send the edit submission link to your drivers either via autoresponder email or you can manually send it to them so they can update the form and fill up other information needed.
