Form User not receiving email notifications

    Hello,

     

    I have one specific form user at my company and she does not receive a confirmation email when she submits forms. No one else has this issue and the form is otherwise working fine. 

     

    The user email is shannap@moval.org

    I checked our email logs for the address you referenced and the notifications have indeed been failing.  It looks like your address was rejecting the emails as spam.  When enough were rejected, it resulted in the address being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails.

    Here is the specific error shown in our logs:
    smtp; 550 permanent failure for one or more recipients (timc@moval.org:blocked,robertl@moval.org:blocked,shannap@moval.org:blocked)

    I removed your address from the list and the notifications should attempt to send once again.  For more information on how to prevent this from happening again in the future, please see the following guide:

    If you believe other email addresses are on our bounce list, you can remove them from your end:
