Hi, I'm new to jotforms. I sent out my first form and didn't realize I had it encrypted. I went in to change it after two people had filled it out and could not read the answers as they are encrypted. Help?

Unfortunately, we cannot decrypt the encrypted submissions. Only you who has the downloaded encryption key can decrypt it. Do you still have the key?
If yes, let us know so we can help you further. Thank you.

To view the 2 encrypted submissions, please enable the Encrypt Form Data again.
Choose the existing key for old submissions. Please note that new key will not decrypt the old encrypted submissions. It will only decrypt the newly collected submissions after enabling the Encrypt Form Data. To learn more, please read this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them
Go to the Form Submission page and upload the key. Here's a screenshot of what it looks like:
Let us know how it goes. Thank you.
