Forms to PDF

I want a form that will be able to be read as a PDF after it has been submitted by a new client. I will have clients fill the form on a tablet in the waiting area, submit it and then need our staff to view that form after it was submitted. Is this possible with a JotForm?

    Thank you,

    Steve

You can attach a PDF copy of the submission to your email notification.

Go to your email settings. And for the notification, on the advanced tab, enable the PDF attachment option.

Also note that it is possible to view a report of your submissions.
