I want a form that will be able to be read as a PDF after it has been submitted by a new client. I will have clients fill the form on a tablet in the waiting area, submit it and then need our staff to view that form after it was submitted. Is this possible with a JotForm?

    Thank you,

    Steve

You can attach a PDF copy of the submission to your email notification.

Go to your email settings. And for the notification, on the advanced tab, enable the PDF attachment option.

Also note that it is possible to view a report of your submissions.

How To Create Form Reports in JotForm

You would have to select a report type. Types include:

    HTML Table Listing Report

    Grid Listing report

    Visual Report

    CSV Report

    Calendar Report

    Excel Report

    RSS Listing Report

All JotForm reports hold the option to add password and protect them from any people that should not or no longer see them.

    Benefits of JotForm reports include:

    View an overview your submissions

Manage who and when can access / see them

Manage the data that can be seen

Access them from any location with an internet connection

Create as many as you need per form

Easily modify the report or remove it completely
