File Uploads: Why is my download link no longer available?

    Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you. 

    I was unable to find the file on our servers, may be that the file did not reach our servers due to temporary glitch or connection issues. 

    May you please ask your submitter to re-send the file? 

    It's not necessary to re-submit the entire data, they may simply edit the submission and attach the file.  

    How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

    If the issue persists, please let us know.

    Hi,
    I believe this is not an of unable to reach on your server.
    We have tried to check some attachment before wherein we were able to upload the attachment. Then, we check it today and the error is 404. It only means that attachment went through successfully.
    Please check it again.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did check your account and found that you have enabled "Require log-in to view uploaded files." privacy setting and that is the reason why you are not able to download the filed directly from the link. Please check the screenshot below:

    Please sign in to your account before clicking on download link or disable the privacy setting as displayed in the screenshot above and you should be able to download the file.

    Hi,
    I entered my email address but it shows I have to enter "'guest""
    I clicked reset password.
    I haven't received any email.
    Please advise.

    You need to sign in to account "ApartofMelb". The profile email address of this account is info@apartmentsofmelbourne.com.au. Do you have access to this email address? If yes, you can reset your account password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link which is in sign in window. Please check the screenshot below:
