We are looking for a registratieform for worksshops

Hi helpdesk,

I'm patrick Janssen owner of 9 salons in the netherlands, between S-Hertogenbosch -Eindhoven.

We use jotform for loonmutatie, job applications and attendance lists.

Now we are working on registration, for workshop we want to give.

Only it’s important that we have the things below in this form to be processed:

• Online registration (first and last name, mobile number and  email)

• Still not paying for it, maybe later

• Advance the maximum number of participants can determine and set

• On a a4 the total number of registration with requested data from the printeble or by mail after the maximum number has been reached or a certain date befor the workshop.

Is there a format that this functionality has been in?

If so, which templates?

It's  possible to ask for such information, please find the needed fields under the basic fields section: 

• Still not paying for it, maybe later

Here, you may ask your user if he/she will pay online, if the answer is no, then the payment field needs to be hidden so there is no payment processed, but please note that once the form has been submitted it cannot be edited to send the payment, the payment will need to be sent later on through a different method.

I'm not sure if I understood this part, do you want to limit the registrations on your form so when the number is reached, no one else can register until you active the form again.
