How do add a appointment calendar system to my jotforms?

Similar to the client in this thread, I am looking for a system that allows users to select a date and time to book an appointment. However I also need to make myself unavailable for certain dates and times. For example I want to be available for appts on Tuesday, Friday, Sunday evening at 8pm only for one form and then Monday at 8pm for another form. I would also need the system to "book" me out when a client makes a booking, so that another client cannot book me at the same time. 

I have tried the appointment scheduling widget mentioned in the above thread,it doesn't allow you to select a time and also I think I would have to type the date in each row at the beginning of each week? I didn't understand how to use the gift registry from the above thread.

Yes that is correct. You would need to update the slots every week. Or you can add conditions for each week of the year.

The booking application might not be what you are looking for either if you will have different slots each week.

It will remain working until January 2018. It functions by using show/hide conditions. It uses an appointment slots widget for each remaining week of 2017.

Unfortunately, with requirements that you have, I'm afraid that we don't have any other solution since each will require a combination of fields and conditions in order to make the certain dates and times available.

We just don't have a field that will do all that at once.
