Including Text fields in PDF

    Hello,

    I want to include hidden text fields in my form but cannot find how to include them in the PDF output; these may include hidden question fields, but not text fields, whether hidden or not. 

    This would enable me to have hidden notes in the PDF printout, to analyse the output more easily.

    Base on what I understand, you would like for the PDF submission report to include the hidden question fields? If yes, then please see the instructions below:

    1. Go to Submission Page.

    2. Click the gear icon.

    3. Uncheck the Auto Hide Empty Fields.

    On the other hand, if you would like for all the headers and texts to appear on the PDF submission report, then please enable the Show Headers and Texts. Here's the guide on How to Show Headers and Text in the PDF.

    If you are referring to a different concern, please clarify a bit more and do get back to us.
