After clicking "submit", it shows "waiting"? How can I fix this

I tested your form and I was able to replicate mentioned issue. It seems that the issue is related to the oembed code that you use to embed the form to your website. 

To resolve this issue, please re-embed your form with the iFrame code. Inside of this guide, you can find how to get the iFrame code of your form:
