Invoicing

Greetings!  

I recently signed up our organization for the Bronze monthly plan (with educational discount).  I am having the monthly charge go to my personal credit card.  Someone in our accounting office asked if I could potentially get an invoice for a year and pay up front so I'm not submitting for reimbursement everyone month.  Is that possible?  Can we move the charge off of my credit card, create an invoice, and have us send you a check for a year?  

We do allow for payment via Check and an invoice will be created during the process, but it would require cancelling your current subscription so you can create a new one via check.  Here is how the process works:

It may require a 2 year subscription if you are going with Bronze due to requiring the order to be over $100.00 for subscriptions that are processed manually.
