Help! This is a serious problem. My business is shut down. Please contact me right away. No phone number to call? No chat?

I checked your email addresses based on your email history but I could not find any email addresses in the bounce list. Could it be that this matter has been resolved already? Or are you referring to a different account? If so, can you please share with us the email address which you were prompted of of being in the bounce list?
Please also note that if the email lands in the bounce list, your are still receiving your submissions. Only that you are not being notified via email since your mail server has rejected emails from us. For the mean time, you may view your submissions by accessing your form's submissions page.
