One of our field techs is having issues with your app on his table. Tried to uninstall and install, log out and in nothing is working.

Which app are you using? What exactly is not working? Is your user not able to use the Form Builder on his tablet? Please provide us more details about your issue and if possible a screenshot of the issue.
