hi, i get form but i have no email

You are using Gmail. It is highly possible that the emails are in your spam folder. Can you check? Our system shows that the emails are sent. You can check your email log under your account history.

If the emails are in the spam folder, make sure to mark them as not spam.
Lastly, create an email filter that would move all emails Jotform to your inbox. Here's our guide on how you can do it:
