A bit of trouble with my layout conditions.

    Hi there,

Thanks for all your guys help always.

Ok, so if you'll notice on my form, there are 3 sections, Introduction/Twelve Empowerments/Power of Benefit.

On each of the sections for these, there is an individual condition for "Personal Details". I would much prefer for there to be just one "Personal Details" condition so that later on if i need to make changes, I wont have to make it to each section for personal details.

Now, I also want when a person selections from the drop down menu at the top of the page, for the heading of the section to show before the person details section.

Right now I can get it so that when they select from the drop down, personal details will appear, but it is before the heading of the section and that doesn't look very nice and can seem confusing I think.

    Does my question make sense?

    Thanks!

I have cloned your form named "Balanced View Training Application" on my side in order to investigate.

As far as I see the "Personal Details" section of your form is already under the "Introduction" part and you have a form collapse in order to make whole section show/hide all together with only one condition. This is the correct way to accomplish that with a single condition. Or, you can add another form collapse only for "Personal Details".

I would recommend you dividing the form into multiple pages for your case as you can see in the following guide for the better look and usage: https://www.jotform.com/help/119-How-to-Create-Multi-Page-Forms You can put the "Personal Details" on the second page after the introduction part. Also, you can add "Form Tabs" widget at the top of the form. As I have checked you have multiple Terms and Conditions part. You can use Skip/Hide type of conditions to direct your users to different Terms of Usage.

You can also set some themes to the form in order to make the form stylish. Please check our theme store at the following URL: https://www.jotform.com/theme-store/

I hope I could help you with my ideas. Please let us know if we can assist further.
