Form Data Merger to Word or PDF?

Is there a app that I can use that will auto populate data collected on the jot form submission that can then automatically merge into a boiler plate a document (word or pdf)?

How would you like to populate that word/pdf?

We certainly have a way to export submission data to PDF: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

But I assume you want to populate certain pre-defined fields in your Word/PDF which, I'm afraid, is not possible.

But please explain a bit more so we can check if a workaround is possible.

    Thank you!

I don't need the form to export to a PDF. I need the data that is entered into on the form to populate into a separate document. For example on the form the individual types in their "Company Name". I would like to capture that "company name" information and have it automatically feed into my document so that it auto populates.

We send out legal documents to our clients that I'm trying to automate. The document is boiler plate and I currently have to manual type in the specific information into my document that was completed on the jotform.

Is there an app that you work with that can do this?

You could use an Excel report ( it will automatically update a row when a new submission is made)

Or you could integrate your form with Google sheets. Again it will automatically update a row when a new submission is made.
