I am using Square to process a payment on my form, and when the customer submits the payment, they get my autoresponder that I setup, but also an ugly gray and orange email with a link to the Square receipt.Is there a way to disable this from being sent, or at least customize it? It is NOT sent by Square, as it has JotForm as all of the header information.

That receipt template was actually from the Squareup payment side. So there is no option to remove/disable or customize it within the Form Builder.

Even though it is sent by JotForm? The header information has it coming from JotForm. If it was sent by Square it wouldn't look like that.

I apologize for the confusion. You are actually right about the receipt template layout. The header information is indeed base on JotForm template page.
Although you still cannot modify/customize this on the Form Builder as it is a fix template set on the system.
What I will do instead is to submit a request ticket to the backend team if they can develop the feature to customize the template page of the Squareup auto receipt message.
We will notify you here once we have news/updates on the status of this feature request.

Just to clarify also, the auto receipt process is not by JotForm.
It is by Squareup as mentioned on this guide. So the only way to stop the receipt on JotForm side, is if you will remove the Square integration.
What I was suggesting on the request ticket is the ability to at least customize layout of the message receipt.
