Form not showing in Firefox, ok in Chrome and IE

    Hello,

    The form is not showing in Firefox [52.4.0 (32-bit)] but ok in Chrome [Version 61.0.3163.91 (Official Build) (64-bit)] and Internet Explorer [Version 11.540.15063.0].

    I'm not sure what the problem is. 

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.  I was unable to locate Firefox 52.4.0 version but I did test your form in Firefox 52.0 & 56.0 and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. Form was displayed successfully without any problem. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to please embed your form using iFrame embed code and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you how to grab your form's iFrame embed code:  https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    Hi Ashwin,

    Thanks for your solution. It worked! I'm curious why embedding it as iFrame works but not as Javascript?

    I am not sure but it could be some code conflict between form script and other script of you webpage which must be causing this issue. 

    I am glad to know that your issue is resolved and your form works in firefox too.
