Have tried for several day to get my intake forms to load.

I have just checked your forms and I can see they are loading fine on my end.
Is this happening with all the forms in your account or with one form only?
Also, does this happen with the direct link or have you embedded your form in any website?

I would also recommend you to test your form using a different browser and/or internet connection, this will allow us to see if the issue is related to the network or any add-on installed on the browser.
