Form with wrong date

Hi I am trying to post a form but it has the wrong date on it. I have renamed the form so it shouldnt have the old date on the form. It is a clone of a form from the week before, but like I said I renamed the form. Why is it doing this?

I believe you are referring to the name of the form in the browser tab window. Please update the Page Title in order to fix the issue. Here's how:

1. In the Form Builder, click the "Settings" menu. Go to "Form Settings" section and then click the "Show More Options" button.

2. Scroll down and you'll see the "Page Title". Please update it.
