How can I enable the sending of a form's answers in PDF?

    We have one (1) form (application for animal adoption) which, upon submission, will e-mail the sender his/her responses as well as attach a pdf file of those responses.

    We (the form's originator) would like to have that same pdf file e-mailed to the form originator.

    Please explain how that can be accomplished.  Thanks.

    Also, we are still in our form's testing phase.
    Would you please reset our 'views' and 'submissions'.

    In the notification email and autoresponder email, go to the Advanced tab and enable the Send PDF. Here's a screen animation guide:
