JotForm with IFTTT

I can't use any of the form field to create files in google drive using IFTTT service. It only allows me to use one of the given JotForm default fields.

How can I use form fields to create file name in google drive.

If you want to use the form fields to create a file name in google drive, you can use the Google Drive integration with JotFrom instead, where you set the file name you want for the folders.
