I deleted my form by accident and can this be reversed?

    I deleted a form by accident. I was trying to delete the previous submissions but I actually deleted the form as well. Can this be reversed?

    Hello,

    I am hoping you didn't purge or delete completely from Trash folder. If you didn't please have a look at following article: https://www.jotform.com/help/134-How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms
