I am having an issue with having the system email notify an email address on submission of a form. It will not send it to the email address on my account nor another account that I provide. I need my form to be sent to an external email address. This is cruical to my program and is making things difficult. Please advise! Thanks!

Our mail logs shows that notifications are being sent to your email address used for notifications "firstname.lastname@example.org". Please check your spam folder, and if you find the notifications there, make sure to mark them as NOT SPAM.

I have tried that and it is not found in that spam. I also tried to use my own email address, email@example.com and the no luck with that either. No email showed up in my inbox or spasm.

Please note that if you are trying the "Test Email" button, it won't send the notification to the recipient you have listed in the notification. It will send the test to the email address that is registered in your JotForm account.
In order to properly test it, you need to do a real submission, can we try it in your form?

Yes I did that a number of times and several users submitted new entries today without any email forwarding. I understand sending a test email will go to my registered email, but I deleted to notification and re-did a new notification tab and still did not solve the problem.

It could be that your email service provider is blocking us, please try whitelisting our sending IP addresses and domain names: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
If that does not work, try using your own SMTP settings to send emails: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
