Contact form failed

    My Contact us Jotforms seems to have stopped sending E-mails from my website. It has happened once before - for some reason Jotform had blocked my site

    I checked the mail logs and I can see that JotForm is sending out emails to james@jameswilson.org 

    So that means your email provider is rejecting mail from JotForm.

    First, please check your spam folder. And add norepy@jotform.com to your safe sender list.

    You have two options to overcome this issue:

    1. Whitelist JotForms IP addresses.

    You will need to contact your email provider ( or your admin ). And ask them to follow this guide:

    2. Setup SMTP for your forms.

    You will need your SMTP server settings. So you will need to contact your email provider ( or your admin ) This way your email will be delivered by your provider instead of JotForm. And therefore wont be rejected.
