What does "out of space" mean?
Can I clear some space and if yes, how ?

Upon checking, I can see that you just upgraded your account. Your account is already in good status.
The email you received is related to the monthly submissions limit. Under the Free plan, you can only receive 100 submissions per month. Deleting a submission will not clear the form view counter. Once you reached or exceeded the limit, you need to upgrade to a higher plan or wait for the monthly reset.
