I have already paid for the broze plan for a year only a week ago. Please can you put me back on the package i have already paid for.

You can switch between subscriptions at any time through the account billing page:
https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing
You will receive a credit for the value of any unused subscription time towards the new subscription.
