Under Form settings, email setup upon new submission. We did several test, but there are none emails came through from jotform. We had check spams, quarantine, and whitelist for email@example.com address. Nothing came through.

I checked your email history logs and I did not see any email recipients landed on our bounce list. You can check it by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
Please contact your email provider and request them to add JotForm's IP addresses to their whitelist. You can find the list of IP addresses and domain names on this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
