Every now and then one will go through, but 2 out of every three are not being received.
They aren't going into spam either.
For about the last week. How do I troubleshoot this?

Please provide us an ID of the form that is not sending email Notifications.
You can check the email logs on your account to see if all emails were sent successfully.
