How to send form submission data to our roster management software?

Hi,

I want kids that register to be automatically entered into a membership/roster management program.  Using the excel sheet is not robust enough: no email/text support, unable to set a status of the child: active, inactive, program enrolled in, ....

Do you know of a solution other Jotform user utilize?

I understand that you want to send the form submission to your external roster management software. Generally, we have several CRMs can be integrated with Jotform so that the form submitted data will be automatically sent to the integrated CRM. I am not sure which program is being used. If your software allows importing the data using Excel, you may export the submission data to Excel and use it to import it.

If your software allows sending submission data using a web-based program, you may also consider sending the POST data to a custom thank you page with the program. If you are not a programmer, you may hire a programmer from Upwork or Freelancer to achieve your requirement.
