How do I connect my JotForm with GetResponse?

I have a SiteGround hosted WordPress site designed using ThriveThemes. I want to have the "button" send viewers straight to my Jot Form. Once that is filled out I want to send them to my GetResponse email responder. Please advise me on the correct connections. Thank you.
