Why Jotform Promotional Link Still Showing?

Hi. I've removed the small Jotform link that sits at the bottom of our form on our website here.. http://www.mobilecarspecialists.com/quote.html - I've removed it from within the form builder. However it still shows. 

As we are paying for this service, I don't believe we should have to advertise your business on our website. Can someone please remove it. Or we'll look elsewhere for another form that is better suited to our business.

Can you please check your account settings: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

then scroll down and check if the Jotform Branding option is unchecked or not. If not, then please uncheck it.

I have checked you website and I didn't see any jotform link there.

Can you please refresh your browser cache an check back?

Interesting. I’ve been refreshing it at least a dozen times including holding the shift key and for a full refresh.. and it was still there. Now it has finally gone.
