Difference between submissions and payments

I am wondering what is going to happen when several people use my form to register to be photographed. I am charging a registration fee. Does this mean only one person will be able to register and make payment using this form?

Since you have added a payment integration to your form each time it is submitted will count as a payment too. 

However, if you need more than one record per submission, for example, a group that will submit you form, then you may record multiple entries with a widget and capture one payment only.
