Allowing only 3 answers from each email address

Hello,

I know how limit the form from multiple submitions from one user:

 Cookies(Loose Check),  IP Address(Strict) Check or email.

But I need to have Answers from each user.

This is for a Self Assesment per Term:

This is for a school, 1º Term 2º Term and 3º Term.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to block the user in submitting the form on the 3rd instance. However, you can prevent multiple submissions by setting up the Unique Question. Here's a guide: How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question.

If this option is enabled, then the user cannot submit the form if the email address he entered already exists in the form submissions.

If you want, you can manually enable the Unique Question once you receive 3 submissions from the same user.
