If I turn off the fill field requirements I receive email notifications normally. But if I turn on requirements I do not receive notifications.Page URL:

I have fulfilled and submitted your form with all required fields on. I have received autoresponder and notification emails successfully as seen below:
Moreover, I have checked your account history logs, you seem to receive all of the notification emails successfully to your email address email@example.com as you can see below:
