Is it possible to configure Paypal payment tool to not go to PayPal chekcout page?

Is there a way for this form not to go to Paypal on pressing submit but to just submit as it is, so in  form of order confirmation to be processed in the next step rather than go to payment straight away?

I did check your account and found that you have added PayPal tool in your form. Please note that when you add PayPal payment tool, user will always be redirected to PayPal checkout page where user can settle payment. It is not possible to change this workflow.
