When I hit Submit, it says "Only one form submission at a time."

Now, when I submit my application through your form, I get it all done, press SUBMIT and get a graphic that says:

Only one form submission at a time.

Now, what is wrong?   Lot of things here that I never expected to show up which makes JOTFORM a bit more difficult that I suspected. I'm trying to sell this product to our charitable organization so we may have an online application form but so many issues. Please help.

I cloned your form and I found out that you set a Unique Question to this field:

    151087890411 17 r8g04 Screenshot 10

This will prevent new submissions if the submitter enters a value that already exists in the form submissions.

For example, the 1st user entered this date (DEC 22 1995) and submitted the form. The 2nd user will not be able to submit the form if he entered the same date.

You can disable it by setting it to "No Check". Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/223-How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.
