Does your form analytics track trends in responses?

    Hello, 
    We are considering using Jotform as a supplement on our corporate website. How in depth are your analytics? Are trends in responses tracked in addition to the email notifications that are sent to administrators?

    Another question: 
    We own and manage many commercial office properties. Some of our forms are similar from property to property but there are slight changes from one building to the next. If a user selects a particular property from a drop-down in a survey, can we set the form up such that the fields that follow are tailored to that particular property.

    Hello Monica - Our built-in Form Analytics feature mainly focuses on Views, Responses, Conversion Rate, and Average Time users spent on your form. Other key points that can be tracked are Traffic, Device, Platform and Location of your users.

    If you need something that will show you trends on the actual choices they pick within your form, you can generate reports instead of using analytics. There are plenty to choose from so please feel free to pick one that will suit your needs.
